Ethereum’s Next Pectra Upgrade To Take Place Over Two Forks

England's High Court ruled that Tether's USDT stablecoin qualifies as property under English law, allowing it to be traced and held in trust like other assets. This decision aligns with the U.K. government's recent legislative move to classify cryptocurrencies as property.
