This will be used to earn yield over time while analyzing risk factors for the DAO.  The full 40k will not be taken all at once, but strategically pulled when opportunities arise that meet certain risk criteria. The goal for the stables is to make at least an 8% return on assets used, which would be a 3,200 return on 365 days. All funds would be returned. The request for the large amount now is purely for access when opportunities arise, and having to make multiple proposals and lose out on opportunities.
