Gitcoin DAO is considering converting $5M in GTC to stablecoins. With the bull market approaching, Gitcoin DAO aims to swap $5M in GTC from the treasury into stablecoins and return them to the treasury, preparing for the next bear market.
This proposal extends the term of 7 previously elected Community Council members 3. When initially elected, the Community Council members were elected to select the Community Rounds only for GG20. Should this proposal pass, this will extend that term beyond GG20 until December 31, 2024.
