🤖 Lilypad Modules
Last week, Phil, Developer Relations at Lilypad, presented how to get started with Lilypad. This week, we are looking into Lilypad Modules.
A Lilypad Module is a self-contained, task-specific computational unit designed to run on the Lilypad network, encapsulating input handling, model execution, workflow orchestration, and output generation. Built around AI models, such as those used for natural language processing, image generation, and video synthesis, these modules deliver advanced computations efficiently and at scale. Structured as Git repositories, Lilypad Modules are easy to manage, share, and customize while adhering to network standards. They play a critical role by enabling users, researchers, and developers to tap into decentralized compute resources for AI inference jobs without needing high-performance GPUs, serving as modular building blocks for diverse computational needs.

Firms Are Adding Solana to Corporate Treasuries, But Bitcoin Still Leads the Way
Companies are increasingly adding cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin (BTC) and Solana (SOL) to their balance sheets, signalling a shift toward digital assets as strategic treasury holdings. Bitcoin remains the top choice, with firms like Twenty One Capital amassing 42,000 BTC ($3.9B) and Japan’s Metaplanet targeting 10,000 BTC by year-end. Analysts note that Bitcoin’s stability as "digital gold" makes it appealing amid economic uncertainty, while public companies have collectively bought over 30,000 BTC per month this year, reducing exchange supplies to 2018 lows.
PolitiFi Memecoins Soar After TRUMP Presidential Dinner News
Donald Trump’s plan to host a dinner for top TRUMP memecoin holders sent the token soaring nearly 60%. The news also boosted other PolitiFi tokens, with many posting double-digit gains. TRUMP’s market cap briefly hit 2.9B before settling at 2.7B, while MELANIA, the First Lady’s memecoin, jumped 25%.
Even less direct political tokens, such as PEOPLE and KEKIUS, saw short-lived spikes. TRUMP’s success has redefined PolitiFi, blending memes with real political engagement. Critics call it a loophole for undisclosed funding, but Trump embraces it, dubbing himself the "Crypto President." Analysts suggest the dinner aims to stabilise TRUMP’s price after its post-launch drop.
