Judge dismisses Consensys lawsuit against SEC over MetaMask and Ethereum claims

A U.S. district judge dismissed Consensys’ lawsuit against the SEC, siding with the agency on its categorization of Ether and MetaMask. The judge ruled that there was no "final" SEC action to justify the lawsuit, and Consensys said it would continue its legal battle in a separate case in New York.
